Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Mango Launcher ("the app", "we", "us" or "our"), developed by Pinya Apps. By downloading, installing, or using Mango Launcher, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Mango Launcher on devices you own or control, solely for your own use and in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, except as permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, unless applicable law permits it.
• Use the app in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or licensing features, including those related to in-app purchases.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Mango Launcher offers optional paid features through in-app purchases and subscriptions processed by Google Play. All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

The app may display content or rely on services provided by third parties (for example, app icons, widgets supplied by other apps, and wallpaper images delivered through our wallpaper service). We are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of it may be subject to separate terms.

5. Permissions

Mango Launcher requests certain device permissions to function as a launcher. Optional features (such as notification badges, gesture-based screen lock, and Private Space) require additional permissions that are disabled by default and that you may grant or revoke at any time. 6. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinya Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or device functionality, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
